What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in at our hotel is from 3:00 PM (local time), and check-out is by 11:00 AM (local time).
Do you have a late check-out service?
Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability, with a late check-out fee applicable until 2:00 PM (local time).
Please contact the front desk directly during your stay to request late check-out, or email us at hotelloa@hotelloa.is if you’d like to arrange it in advance.
Do you offer an early check-in service?
Early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability, with an early check-in fee. If you require guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking the night before at the full rate.

Can I upgrade my room?
Room upgrades are possible based on availability in the requested room category. Upgrade fees vary depending on the room type.

How are the cancellation policies?
Reservations made through our website can be modified or canceled up to 5 days before the check-in date. After this period, the credit/debit card used to make the reservation will be charged the full cost of the stay. Failure to cancel, modify, or show up will also result in a charge for the full cost of the stay.
All cancellations or modifications must be confirmed in writing via email at hotelloa@hotelloa.is. Please note that cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
Do you have parking spots at the hotel?
Yes, we offer free parking for all guests at the hotel.
Do you have a restaurant at the hotel?
Yes, we have an onsite restaurant that offers a variety of dishes inspired by Icelandic cuisine.

Do you have a bar at the hotel?
Yes, we have an onsite bar that is open until midnight every day of the week. We offer a wide selection of drinks, beverages, and cocktails for our guests to enjoy.
Do you have Happy Hour?
Yes, we have Happy Hour at our bar every day from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (local time).
Do you have luggage storage?
Yes, we can store your luggage at the hotel reception both before check-in and after check-out.
Do you offer laundry services?
Yes, we offer laundry services as an overnight service. The price is 5,900 ISK per load, which includes washing, drying, and folding. All items delivered to the reception must be machine washable and tumble dryable. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages to clothing.
Do you have a spa at the hotel?
No, we do not have a spa at our hotel.

Breakfast is served at our hotel between 7:00-10:00h local time Breakfast is included in your room rate.
What type of breakfast do you offer?
We offer a continental breakfast buffet at our hotel, including but not limited to cereal, bread, fruits, toast, egg, bacon, skyr and pastries. Breakfast is included in your room rate.
Can I get an early breakfast?
For early birds heading off on adventures, we can arrange breakfast boxes, make sure to let our staff now the day before.
Can I get gluten free/lactose free/vegan options for breakfast?
We can offer you gluten free bread. In the breakfast buffet you can also find almond milk or other lactose free milk options. Our continental breakfast offers many options for those who have a restricted diet. Let our staff know the day before.
